Job description:
Behavior Technicians at Family Behavioral Health Inc. directly work with our clients and families in home, community and school based settings. Utilizing training provided both at time of hire and on an ongoing basis, our Behavior Technicians implement and collect data on individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians also assist the BCBA in other duties such as assessments, administrative paperwork, and material development. Behavior Technicians Sessions typically last two – five hours in duration and primarily take place after school hours in the client's home.This is a part time position that can build to full time for interested applicants.
Job requirements:

A high school diploma or a general education development (GED. 12 months experience (preferred) working with children, adolescents or people with developmental disabilities).

Behavior Technicians drive to and from home based client sessions so access to reliable transportation is required. Must be able to provide current driver's license and proof of car insurance upon hire.

Must be available to work shifts weekdays between 3-8PM and some weekends.

Employment is subject to a criminal background check.

Must be 18 years or older.
