Erik Bello-Chipchase

Meet Erik! Erik is our Executive Director of Operations and started FBH with his wife Christal in 2016.   Prior to FBH Erik was a stone mason, earned a Master's in Information Technology and worked in the technology field.  Erik loves seeing our amazing staff grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the families we work with.

Erik has four beautiful children and an amazing wife.  More often than not you can find all 6 of them in the same room laughing, eating, some “sibling bicker” and having fun.  Fun fact: Erik falls asleep almost instantly after closing his eyes.
