Benjamin Fisher
Director of Clinical Intelligence, BCBA
Meet Ben! Ben works as our Staff Development Director and has been with FBH since April 2018. Ben graduated from Simmons College with his Master’s in Behavioral Education in 2010 and received his BCBA in 2011. Ben has worked in many different healthcare agencies in numerous settings and capacities but is happiest working directly with the families and staff. Ben loves FBH because he feels it is an environment that allows its staff and clients to meet their full potential by supporting them utilizing strength-based programming.
A hopeless romantic when it comes to anything ABA, Ben has a strong interest in behavioral and skill assessment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Pivotal Response Training, Organizational Behavior Management, and Behavioral Skills Training. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family (including his wife, son, dog and two cats) and friends, cooking, gardening, playing music, reading ABA literature, and watching television.
